Rade Matic Digital Type Foundry is an independent type foundry based in Offenbach am Main, Germany, established in 2015. My work centres on developing typefaces that are distinctive in both form and concept. Alongside my practice, I teach typography and communication design at the Faculty of Design at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
Between 2015 and 2022, I collaborated with Dr. Deborah Anderson, contributing to the Script Encoding Initiative (SEI) at the Department of Linguistics at UC Berkeley, California.
From 2011 to 2015, I co-ran the design studio Drei meiner Kollegen in Mannheim, together with Christian Janisch, Florian Renschke, and Michael Schütz.
I offer bespoke type design services as well as adaptations and extensions of existing typefaces, working closely with agencies and clients.
For inquiries about my work or services, please feel free to get in touch.
